learn about our history
We know that you have a variety of options when choosing those who represent you, and we are grateful that you have stopped to read about us.
You want to feel comfortable with your attorney. You need to trust your attorney, and you need to feel as though your voice has been heard. We promise to always put your interests above our own, and we promise to do our best to represent you during this stressful and confusing time. We will do our best to give you clear guidance and direction.
Our focus will always be on what is important to you, and we know that many of you value your family. There could be stress during this initial process, as you may be separated from your family, as you come to the US to determine your immigration plan. We want to work with you to reunite you with your family as quickly as possible, as families are so important to us. Our founding partner knows what it is like to be separated from his loved ones and understands the pain of not knowing when you will see your loved one again. We do not want this to happen to anyone and take our representation of you and your family seriously. As such, we will do our absolute best to keep your family together throughout the process.

We have helped hundreds of people create new businesses, obtain visas through those businesses, with many getting residency through this process. We have also represented families and individuals in immigration court, helped families be reunited through the immigration process, and helped many others become US citizens. Some of our clients have worked for well established businesses, with others creating their own million-dollar businesses.
One of the biggest objections we hear before clients decide to move forward with their immigration process is, “I am ready to begin when ______________________.” This can be a variety of reasons from: until I sell my home; until I find a business; until I find a home; until I find a sponsor, until I…. The objection is based on the individual’s belief that there is an ideal time to begin. The reality is that there never is an ideal time. There can always be something that will hold us back from moving forward. If we want to find something to delay a decision we will.
The ideal time to start is now. Unless God is telling you to wait, you should make the decision to move forward now. Waiting for an ideal time to begin only delays the opportunity and that opportunity may not exist for you in the future.
